Equilibrity: the state of being equally balanced.


 When something happens in our life, we remember and learn a particular behaviour in response to it. Each time something similar happens, our physical and our emotional reactions, which are attached to the memory are repeated. 


 In some cases the outcome of these reactions can become unhealthy. In some forms of hypnotherapy a trained therapist uses hypnotherapy to help you remember the event that led to the first reaction. The therapist proceeds to separate the memory from the learned behaviour, replacing unhealthy behaviours with new, healthier ones.


  There are several stages of hypnosis:

  • Reframing the problem

  • Becoming relaxed, then absorbed (deeply engaged in the words or images presented by the therapist)

  • Dissociating (letting go of critical thoughts)

  • Responding (complying with the hypnotherapist's suggestions)

  • Returning to usual awareness

  • Reflecting on the experience

 The word Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words - "Rei" meaning 'God's Wisdom or the Higher Power' and "Ki" meaning 'life force energy'.


 The treatment feels like a 'glowing radiance that flows through and around you.' Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well being. Many have reported miraculous results.


 Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that all can use. It has also been deemed effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady. It works well in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Past Life Regression Healing

 Past Life Regression Healing is an exciting trip into your own past lives, unlocking doors in your mind that open to other worlds; worlds that were yours in another time. Some people discover lives that they have shared with people that they have a close bond with in their present life. Each life explored is a journey and an adventure for both the subject and the therapist.

 PLRH can be an extremely valuable form of healing, providing a process to look at old problems or patterns in new ways - to reveal the underlying causes of either physical or emotional distress. It can assist in creating a more positive and balanced present through understanding, recognition and healing of past lives. 

 Using relaxation techniques clients are safely led back to past life memories and experiences. Any issues that could affect their current lives can then be understood and released. Likewise, powerful skills and experiences can be re-experienced which produces increased positivity in their present. 




Counselling involves providing a regular time and space for you to talk about your current issues and to explore the sorrounding feelings, in an environment that is dependable, free from intrusion and is confidential.


The sessions will provide you with a safe, nurturing space to take a closer look at aspects of your thoughts, feelings or behaviour you may wish to change, in order to enhance your life, clarify your goals and essentially move forward in your life in a more centred, positive and empowered way.


You may come to counselling because of difficult experiences you may have been going through, such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy. Or you may want help in dealing with feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety or low self-worth that does not seem to be connected to any particuliar event.
